I have worked in various aspects of project controls; however, this course provided me with the opportunity to explore its different dimensions in depth. It gave me a comprehensive perspective on how project controls contribute to value creation across all facets of EPC and highlighted key focus areas for improvement. Additionally, I was able to connect these insights to industry needs. I also learned to develop a timeline and checklist for enhancing my skills. I highly recommend this course to young engineers aspiring to build a successful career in project controls
