Mr. Naveen Lopes
With over two and half decades of extensive and rich experience in the Industry, Naveen Lopes is an accomplished professional, trainer and mentor in the field of Project Controls and Project Delivery Excellence. He has been adding value to the Industry and community over the last several years by leading and promoting best practices, knowledge and innovation. His passion is fueled by the determination to empower every engineer and technical person by skill development and continuos improvement, and thereby overcome the gap between the industry, institues and individuals. He has worked across various industries including Oil & Gas upstream and downstream, Petrochemicals, Speciality Chemicals, Fertilisers, Mining and Energy.
He has been at the forefront to establish Centres of Excellence, PMO, Project Management Procedures and Management Dashboards. He has worked with some of the top organisations abroad and in India, such as QAFCO, SABIC, Saudi Aramco, QatarEnergy, Teyseer, Adani, L&T, Deepak Fertilizer and Aarti Industries. Provided Training services to reputed Organisations such as CIDC, OQ Oman, Motherson, L&T and Adani as well as many Individual trainings.
